Please read this page, in any dispute it will be assumed that

Bookings will be confirmed in writing,
following receipt of a signed booking form and deposit from the
Client. This will constitute a formal acceptance of the booking.
The deposit is 30% per week booked (non-refundable). It should
be received within 10 days of reservation and the balance
received no less than EIGHT weeks prior to holiday. If payment is
not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel. A
breakage deposit cheque (250€) is to be paid at the time of
final payment. This will be returned within fourteen days of
departure providing inspection records no breakages. The Owner
reserves the right to bank the cheque if breakages are
discovered. Any other necessary charges will be deducted and the
balance returned along with any receipts. This does not limit the
Client's liability to the 0wner. The Client shall report to the
Owner without delay any broken or missing items, defects or
breakdowns at the start of their holiday. The Client shall
reimburse the Owner for any damage or breakage of the property
contents and equipment in the grounds, including any caused by
negligence by anyone in their party.
The property will be available from 16.00hrs. on the day of
arrival. The Client and party should vacate the property no
later than 12.00hrs. on the day of departure.
The number of people to reside in the property will be fixed
at the time of booking. Additions can only be made with
permission of the Owner before the start of the holiday.
_The Chalet
sleeps six people:
one double bed, two full-sized bunk beds and a double
sofa bed.
_La grange sleeps eight people :
one kink size bed , three single beds , one double bed and a
single sofa bed
The Clients agree to be considerate tenants and to take good
care of the property. They will be responsible for leaving the
property in a clean and tidy condition. They also agree not to
act in a way that would cause disturbance to others. The Owner
reserves the right to make a charge from the breakage deposit if
it is considered that the chalet has been left in an
unacceptable condition.
The Owner cannot be held liable for any temporary defects or
stoppage by public services to the property in respect of any
equipment or appliances in the property nor any loss, damage or
injury as a result of adverse weather conditions, nor other
matters however caused.
Under no circumstances shall the Owner's liability exceed the
amount paid for the rental. If, in the event of substantial
damage to the property, caused by severe weather conditions,
etc. before the start of the holiday, a refund will be made of
all the sums paid, within seven days.
Cancellation :
If cancellation takes place, refunds will be made if the
Owner is able to re-let the property. If the property is unable
to be re-let, all rental monies are non-refundable.Clients are not covered by the Owner's insurance, and are
STRONGLY advised to obtain comprehensive travel and personal liability
insurance for their stay in France. |
